Review: Sipp Rogers “Knew Growth”

Sipp Rogers is back yet again with “Knew Growth” his latest body of work. Released on 4/20 this year Sipp comes ready with his topshelf lines. Knew Growth as a project plays quite well from beginning to end with standout tracks like “Maden’ Alief”, “Bitch I’m Cute, Huh?” and “Practice”. “Knew Growth” is basically what happens when a cool cat from Houston decides to snap on some sick instrumentals. The beats on this project are a unique mesh of electronic, RnB, and hip-hop samples with interesting clips from different songs to create a 90s-meets-experimental-2000s-hip-hop vibe. Also released by Sipp Rogers is the official music video for “Practice” produced by Satsum. The visual details Sipp live and direct in some recognizable parts of the apple city, Alief, Texas.
