Eli Houston dubs Houston, Screw Jack City, claiming it to be the new name for the city in 2016. Elliott Houston is a 24-year-old MC who graduated from Huston-Tillotson University with a music performance degree in May 2014. A classically trained musician, he has played the guitar, drums and piano, and is also a product of the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts (HSPVA).
