Bishop Nehru- Fickle Minds
Bishop Nehru is a rising emcee who has caught The Outlet’s attention. He is 19 years old and shows a lot of signs of promise. Signed to Nas‘s record label, Mass Appeal, Bishop has managed to land collaborations with some of hip hop’s veterans. He’s worked with the villain, MF DOOM and has even released a joint project with him. His album, whose release date is yet to be released, will feature productions from Nas.
His joint, “Fickle Minds”, is a creative visual with a very interesting plot twist. At first or second glance, one will find that the video is all one big metaphor and does so in such a dramatic/ cinematic way. That is what makes this visual stand out, as it pieces together a story and keeps you guessing what will happen next. 2Pac’s voice from his jailhouse interview sets the tone of this track ever so nicely as the horns and smoothness of the beat pull you in.
